The Advanced Ultimate Clinic
(High School/Experienced Players)
This program provides a solid grasp of the essential skills for success in competitive Ultimate. Through demonstration, practice, small sided games, small group coaching, and play, you will not only improve your skills, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the important offensive and defensive principles, including, zone O and D, man defense, as well as technical and tactical elements of the game. Whether you are looking to make the “A” team, to take your skills and team to the next level or get that extra edge before heading off to NUTC, or college this clinic is for you.
FUNdamentals of Ultimate
(The Junior Player)
This program is geared for fun and success playing the game of Ultimate. You will learn all the basics skills as well as the rules of the game. Coaches emphasize learning through play, utilizing many varied Disc games, such as Disc Golf, Goaltimate, and Hot Box to enhance your skills and comfort with the disc.
Whether you are brand-new to Ultimate or an experienced player, you are guaranteed to not only learn and improve, but to have a great time!
Participants should bring cleats, water bottle, lunch, and a dark and a white T-shirt. Sunscreen and a hat recommended. Disc and camp T-shirt will be provided.
