Director
Anne Westcott UPA Certified Coach Anne brings over
25 years' high-level experience playing and coaching Ultimate to PlayRight. She was an integral part of the success of
the Boston Women’s team, Lady Godiva, winning seven women's National Championships and one World Championship.
She settled in Concord MA founding the Summer Ultimate Program with Catherine Greenwald. She has
coached several players who have gone on to great success at the college level. Anne currently works with the Concord Carlisle
High School Ultimate Club. In addition to her ultimate know how, Anne brings a wealth of experience garnered from her second
passion, as a psychotherapist to children, adolescents and families impacted by trauma.

Anne Murray
Anne began playing Ultimate in 1981,
and promptly won Nationals as part of the Boston Ladies Ultimate team at the first Nationals which had a women's
division. She played competitively for the next 10 years competing at the national and world level, and won a world
championship in 1990 as part of the USA's Master Level team.
Collaborative Staff
Catherine Greenwald UPA Certified Level 2 Coach
Catherine has been playing and coaching Ultimate
since 1982. Over that time she won three UPA National titles (1995-97) and participated in over a dozen National, World, and
World Club championships. Since retiring from elite competition, she had dedicated herself to teaching and coaching Ultimate
to kids of all ages. Her experience includes positions as head coach the Concord-Carlisle High School team, director
of the BUDA High School Ultimate League, and a BUDA Youth Educator. Presently living in Park City, Utah, she is the
Western Regional Youth Director for the Ultimate Players Association.
James Milan
James
contributes his unique knowledge gained from many years of playing on top open division teams in Houston, Los Angeles, and
Boston. He has been to almost 20 National and World Championship tournaments, playing in the semis or finals on all but three
of those occasions, and winning four titles in the process. He has been coaching Ultimate at the high school level for the
last twelve years.
